The hardy mountaineers, who had become impatient under their connexion with and dependence on the great state of New York, in pursuance of their own peculiar views of the rights and duties of a free and independent people, adopted many singular and peculiar provisions in their constitution.

All Vacation Packages are only for the Hotel stay and whatever other gifts were offered at the time of booking. We do not provide transportation to vacation packages. All qualifications must be meet to be able to take advantage of all vacations packages

 

 

Tour Qualification Requirements:

a.     Guests are required to attend a 60-90 vacation ownership presentation.

b.    Married or co-habitating couples, must be between the ages of 25-75 with a combined annual of at least $50,000; AND single women between the ages of 30-68 with annual income of at least  $50,000.

c.     If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners or spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.  

d.    For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card, established checkbook or major debit card with the visa/mc logo. Co-habs must show matching address ID.

e.     The guest may not have attended a Presentation for a similar product or service offered by the Company within the prior 12-month period.

f.      If an unqualified Tour is allowed to attend a Presentation and makes a purchase of Company’s product / service presented at the Presentation, such Tour will be counted as Qualified Tour for all purposes hereunder.

g.    Must be U.S. Citizens or legal residents of the United States and be able to speak & understand English.

h.    Guests will be housed at  Ascutney Mtn Resort  

i.      Gifts that can be offered (1 of the following):  $75 visa or 2 lift tkts (valued at $116).

j    Guests will be responsible for any incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room taxes, key deposit, phone calls, meals & transportation.

k   Reservations cannot be requested less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival date.  All cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1 night no show charge including taxes.
