There are many nearby points of interest like Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, Wet 'N Wild, and the Forum Shops. There are three golf courses in the area we think are very challenging. Westgate Flamingo Bay has all the amenities of home. This resort's services are as outstanding and a very friendly staff. Treat yourself to dip in the  heated pools. All Vacation Packages are only for the Hotel stay and whatever other gifts were offered at the time of booking. We do not provide transportation to vacation packages. All qualifications must be meet to be able to take advantage of all vacations packages

 

Qualifications:

a.     Married or co-habitating couples at least 25 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $50,000; AND single women at least 30 years of age and with annual income greater than $50,000;  Co-habitating couples must show ID residing at the same address.  If married or cohabitating, both parties must travel together and be present at the time of check-in.

b.    No quinnellas (2 or more families traveling together) or Full time students will be accepted.

c.     For identification purposes, each Qualified Prospect must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a valid major credit card, checkbook or major debit card (with visa/mc logo). Co-hab couples must show matching address ID. If engaged, finacee must attend.

d.    The Tour may not have toured a timeshare resort in Las Vegas within the past 90-days of their arrival date.  No campers/RV’s or students.

e.     Must be U.S. Citizens.

f.       Cannot book hotel specific. Accommodations will be in a “Strip” hotel either at Excalibur, Imperial Palace, Aladdin, Sahara or similar. Hotel will be assigned upon guest’s arrival .  Bluegreen will mail out confirmation letters to the guest.

g.    Tour pay is $275.00 less room nights and gifts.  Room nights are $90.00 Monday thru Sunday.  (Marketing Company must collect room taxes, which will be deducted from the tour pay.Taxes are $8.00 - $10.00 per night based on 9%.)

h.    Currently Guests cannot check-in on Tuesdays or Wednesdays as the sales center is closed.    No children are allowed to attend the presentation.

i.       Bluegreen will not accept any reservation less than 15 days prior to arrival date as their hotel inventory is released at this time.

j.      Reservations can only be made for up to 3 nights and can only use a $50 visa card can be offered for a gift.

k.    Reservation requests: must included both guest’s name, arrival date, # of nights, address and phone #.

l.      Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nt plus room tax no show charge.
