All Vacation Packages are only for the Hotel stay and whatever other gifts were offered at the time of booking. We do not provide transportation to vacation packages. All qualifications must be meet to be able to take advantage of all vacations packages
Qualifications:
a. Married or co-habitating couples at least 25 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $40,000; AND single women at least 30 years of age and with annual income greater than $40,000; Co-habitating couples must show ID residing at the same address. If married or cohabitating, both parties must travel together and be present at the time of check-in.
b. No quinnellas (2 or more families traveling together) or Full time students will be accepted.
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Prospect must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a valid major credit card, established checkbooks or major debit cards with a visa/mc logo. Co-hab couples must show matching address ID. If engaged, finacee must attend.
d. The Tour may not have attended a Bluegreen Presentation in the past 18 months. No pets, trailers, motorcycles, campers/RV’s or students.
e. Must be U.S. Citizens.
f. Tour pay is $235.00 less room nights and gifts. (Some hotel rates are below). Specific hotels can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Some sample hotels are: River Oaks, Hilton, Best Western Carolinian, Harbourgate Resort
g. Cannot accept any reservation more than 30 days out from the requested arrival date.
h. Reservations can be made for up to 3 nights and cannot be requested less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to arrival date. All cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1night no show charge including taxes
i. The only premium that can be used is a $50 Gift Card to “The Fun Menu” (see below choices where it can be used).
j. Reservation requests: must included both guest’s name, arrival date, # of nights, address and phone #.
k. Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.
